Processing & Handling
All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is collected by the carrier.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 2-3 working days for the tracking information to display accurately after you receive your confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, & VAT (International Orders)
AuraGrip™ operates out of the UK. Orders shipped to countries outside the UK, Europe, or North America may be subject to import duties, customs duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Missing or Delayed Orders
