Processing & Handling

All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is collected by the carrier.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times commence once your order has been shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and do not include unforeseen delays caused by customs, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 2-3 working days for the tracking information to display accurately after you receive your confirmation email.

The tracking link provided will allow you to monitor the status of your package throughout its journey.

Customs, Duties, & VAT (International Orders)

AuraGrip™ operates out of the UK. Orders shipped to countries outside the UK, Europe, or North America may be subject to import duties, customs duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order tracking shows a significant delay or if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at auragrip.sales@gmail.com for assistance. We will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
